I don’t even know where 2023 went, but what I want to do on this podcast episode is bring you through a little journey to make your 2024 even better, while releasing anything you don’t need from 2023.

It’s like a blank slate a new beginning…

Finally, reestablish some new habits or behaviors or ways to make 2024 the best it can be.
A Journey through your 2023 timeline
To make it special, I want to bring you on a little journey.
This is a form of what we call the timeline, and this allows us to look at our previous year and to kind of make some adjustments.
So we move forward to 2024. We’ll be all prepared and we’ll be better established at what we want to do.
- In the meditative journey well visit your last year as you see your timeline from a high point.
- From there you’ll release what is no longer helpful while bringing in the good memories you may have.
- Then we’ll move into your future, lighting up the dreams and desires and feeling that now.
As you settle into this meditation you set the stage for 2024. Are you excited? Ready.
Remember, you have a powerful mind and it can be changed to support the life you want to live. In the meantime, enjoy your day, one minute at a time.
